A client came to us with the unique challenge of putting an HVAC system on the roof because it wouldn't fit in the attic space of the home. LuciGold designed a utility hatch that the system could be placed with easy access for maintenance and repairs, while still being protected from from the harsh weather conditions that would cause water damage to the unit.
